The foundation has been broken, trust has been lost, and the result is wasted time, money, and effort.

Real Estate experience is a MUST

We are looking for a ridiculously motivated and enthusiastic client services manager who will go to the ends of the earth for their clients.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Onboard new accounts and proactively engage current clients
  • Assist the sales team with the onboarding process
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Conduct webinars and train clients on the system
  • Ensure client satisfaction and keep retention high

We are looking for smart Django/Python engineers who want to join our team and build the best tools that the rental market has ever seen.

You...

  • Are awesome at Python + Django. Or are really awesome at another language/framework and into learning quickly.
  • Probably also know front end (html, css, js, jquery, backbone, you know the deal).
  • Know how to optimize a SQL query.
  • Write tests.
  • Care about UX/Design and love talking product.

Sales Executive

Full-time in New York City
Real Estate experience is a MUST

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who wants to join our team and make an impact on the rental market.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Source and manage your own pipeline of property managers, brokers, and developers (previous industry relationships are a plus)
  • Pitch Nestio (both warm and cold) via phone and e-mail
  • Set up in-person pitch meetings
  • Attend and (eventually) lead pitch meetings
  • Help manage the sales strategy
  • Follow-up, Follow-up, Follow-up
